The mountains were calling. A very luring call. With promises of fresh air, silence, beautiful blue sky, tall dense evergreen forests, and a comforting reminder of how small we are.

So we spent five days in the mountains, hiking up a variety of peaks every day. Challenging at first, but we wanted to take advantage of the good weather, as it was said to rain every day we were there. It rained only on the last day, as we were leaving. And that rain was beautiful too.
