Monday night

Fifteen people gather in one room. This building, all its rooms filled with different groups. It’s pure grace, a gift of community, but sadly, many count the numbers to compare with the days of glory and no matter what miracles happen now, being stuck in the past only drains the ounce of hope and joy.

The truth always comes out. And if we are lucky, we are shaken by humility while there is still time. One of the greatest qualities of a leader is the ability to remain humble. Humility grounds you well. Makes you steady and firm. Makes you approachable and helps you keep an year to the ground. Sense the vibrations of life, of what has passed and what is coming. Helps with patience and helps you see the path, not by your own strength and sharp eyes, but relying on the One who sees beyond.

Writing this blog… Most may understand little of my processing thoughts. Some posts, I go back and read and I don’t recall the context in which I rambled such philosophies. Thought they still stand true. So it’s ok.

We are all addicted to feeding our curiosity. I’m starting to think that the world is afraid to stand still and be quiet. The social media rampage is proof of it. At times we wish we hadn’t left a trace for people to follow, so further questions, meeting people’s timing, wouldn’t put undue pressure on our own timing, on things that we have no control over.

I have been sick this week. And today, just as I finally feel better, Conrad gets sick. The internet is down and we have a website to launch today. Managing stress and the unpredictable circumstances, especially in maintaining a business are taken to the next level.

The fall, with heavy uninterrupted rain for 48 hours, and snow in the mountains has begun.
