Well, we made it back from camping in one piece. Aside from the oppression of bugs and heat, I’m convinced that you need more than one night for a proper “reset” (without the former of course).
Regardless, we had a good time and it was an experience we’ll remember… The scenery was dramatic and the wildlife plentiful. Vio had a repeat visitor throughout the night sniffing at her ear through the window in the side of the tent. I’m guessing it was either a fox or a bobcat given the sound of its footsteps and breathing.
