I always believed that
stepping into the light
is the first step into freedom.
As we grow old,
discerning the light
seems to be the hardest part of the process.
And then harder yet, embracing vulnerability.
The trick is that,
once you submerse yourself
into the grace of God,
Facing the Truth
Looking intently
into the mirror of God’s Word
confessing and accept His forgiveness,
the onlookers hold no power over you.
Those who gather close
To uphold in prayer,
in brotherly love,
only enhance the celebration
of freedom in Christ.
