Well, it’s been less than 12 hours of arriving (including sleeping) and we’ve closed on our first apartment. Given, we had done some research before we arrived for this particular apartment, but seeing it sealed our fate.
It is the first of a handful of new multi-family buildings just on the outskirts of Cluj (about 3 miles from the center) and will be joined by an entire neighborhood of houses and parks in the next few years. The picture above is of Vio and Dan (her brother) standing on the sidewalk up into the future neighborhood where the football (soccer) field will be. The white circle superimposed on the image is around our actual bedroom and living room windows.
We’re very excited and will be picking up the keys tomorrow! More pictures to come.
